When we build our tolerance to CO2 , this practice can come with a certain amount of anxiety. Rodo walks us through some simple tips and tools to manage this anxiety, as well as any dizziness that might come whilst we navigate altered states. Moving and relaxing the neck, and moving the fingers are simple ways to come back. In this lesson we’ll work with some simple breath alterations and mindfulness techniques to work with high levels of panic or anger and recalibrate faster and easier.
