Not medical advice

Alchemy Rewire offers education and guided breathwork for nervous-system regulation. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you have a medical condition or any concern, speak with your doctor before starting, and never stop prescribed treatment based on anything here.

The two safety rules that matter most

Who should not practise without medical clearance

Please consult a doctor first, or do not practise intensive breathing / breath-holds, if any of the following apply to you:

Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism) is welcome here, but please go gently, and if you practise in a live or facilitated session, disclose any of the above so the facilitator can support you. Our facilitators and Navigators are trained breathwork guides, not medical professionals.

What to expect, and when to stop

Some sensations, tingling, light-headedness, emotional release, temperature changes, and at times altered states of consciousness, are common and usually pass. They are not a goal to chase.Stop immediately and breathe normally if you feel chest pain, severe dizziness, or distress. Go at your own pace; never force a hold. The practice builds tolerance gradually, slow is safe.

Assumption of risk & release

You practise voluntarily and take responsibility for your own wellbeing. You confirm that you are in a suitable state and environment to practise and that you will follow the safety rules above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Alchemy Rewire, its founders, Navigators, facilitators, and affiliates from claims arising from your participation, including injury, distress, or adverse outcomes from practising contrary to this guidance. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

In an emergency

If you or someone else is in medical distress, stop and seek immediate help from your local emergency services.
