1. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Alchemy Rewire. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person; access to courses you own is personal and non-transferable.

2. What you can buy

• Lifetime courses (e.g. Level One, Level Two, the Bundle), a one-time purchase granting you ongoing access to that course for the life of your account.
• Daily Practice subscription, a recurring subscription, billed quarterly or yearly, that renews automatically until cancelled.
• Events and retreats, tickets or bookings, which may carry their own terms (dates, cancellation windows, travel).

On this website all prices are shown in euros (EUR) and, for EU buyers, are inclusive of applicable tax. In the iPhone app, purchases are made through Apple's In-App Purchase and prices are shown in your local currency, set by Apple's pricing for your region. The two are separate transactions with the same result: access is granted to your account automatically once payment succeeds, and is then available wherever you sign in.

3. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

The Daily Practice subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We will give notice of any price change ahead of a renewal.

Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed, and the two are separate. If you subscribed on this website, cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing us. If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple is the merchant of record and manages the billing: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Cancel it under Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf, and deleting your account does not cancel it.

4. Refunds & guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on course purchases made on this website: if it isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to avoid future charges. Event and retreat bookings follow the cancellation terms stated for that event. Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected by this section.

Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple, not by us. Apple is the seller for those transactions, and refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides those requests under its own policy. If a refund is granted, the corresponding access is withdrawn from your account.

5. The mobile app

The Alchemy Rewire app is a companion to your account, not a separate product. It gives you the courses and practices you already own, plus offline downloads. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it on devices you own, for as long as your account is in good standing. Accounts are created on this website; the app signs into an existing one.

These terms are between you and Alchemy Rewire, not with Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content and no obligation to provide support for it — support is ours, at team@alchemyrewire.com. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't share, resell, record, download, or redistribute course content.
• Don't attempt to circumvent access controls or use the service unlawfully.
• Don't misuse community channels or harass other members.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, audio, text, branding, and the method itself are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own practice, not ownership of it.

8. Health disclaimer

Alchemy Rewire provides breathwork and nervous-system education, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Breath-holding and intensive breathing carry real risks. Please read our Health Disclaimer & Safety Waiver before practising, it forms part of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised date above; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where the operating entity, Alchemy Rewire - F.Z.C. (registered office: Office C1-1F-SF8278, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates), is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
