Three hours, three movements
Dive into the core
Learn the three core pranayama-adapted breath sequences and our signature breath-and-mind navigation. Experience a safe, momentary rise in CO₂ as you go deeper into the power of the breath.
Altered mental states
Progressively move into altered mental states with optional organic, botanical support, working with your own neurochemistry rather than against it, so insight arrives from the inside.
Reintegration & resonance
Come back down through a structured reintegration on the energetic, sensory and subconscious levels, with live music resonance and gentle movement to make the shift last.
Sessions last two to three hours depending on whether musicians are present. Pool training is optional, by group and location. Want a live music performance for your journey? That can be arranged for an additional fee, just ask on your discovery call.

What is a Private Journey?
A guided journey inward for a private group, led by an Alchemy Rewire facilitator. Over roughly three hours you move through breath, bandha locks, vocal activation and de-concentration into altered states, followed by a structured reintegration — tailored to your group.
How long is it and how much does it cost?
Sessions run two to three hours depending on whether live musicians are present, and start from €190, personalised to your group.
Do I need experience?
No. Private Journeys are suitable for all levels; the facilitator adapts the session to the people in the room.
Can we have live music?
Yes. A live music performance can be arranged for an additional fee — just ask on your discovery call. Pool training is also optional, depending on your group and location.
