Rúmi Coltura

Rúmi’s journey of self-discovery began at the age of 17, driven by a curiosity to understand himself and the world around him. Through breathwork, meditation, and travelling the world, he spent years exploring different ways of understanding the human experience and finding his own path. As part of the Alchemy: Rewire team, Rúmi brings these passions into his facilitation. His approach is grounded, experiential, and curious, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, explore their edges, and develop a deeper relationship with their own physiology. His own journey into Alchemy grew from a curiosity about the connection between the body, mind, and nervous system, and how we can develop greater resilience, awareness, and presence through working with our physiology. Today, he brings this curiosity into his facilitation, creating grounded and immersive spaces where people can explore their inner landscape, build a deeper relationship with themselves, and discover new ways of navigating stress and discomfort. Through breath, temperature, and sound, Rúmi invites people to step out of their habitual patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and explore what becomes possible when they learn to work with themselves rather than against themselves.
