I’m a Master Navigator in Alchemy:Rewire and a trauma-informed coach. I work with high achievers who have built the life they were supposed to want and are running on empty inside it. I know that place from the inside. After my MBA at INSEAD, I spent years in strategy consulting at L.E.K. and in senior leadership at LinkedIn, doing everything right on paper while chronic stress quietly ran the show. What changed things was learning to train my nervous system, not just manage my stress, and that’s what I now bring to my clients. I work one-to-one, combining the breath-mind navigation system with coaching on the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck, so you can keep performing without it costing you everything else. I’m based in Dubai and work in person and online.
