- Music & Literature: I studied classical music at a private conservatory in Milan, which gave me a deep appreciation for how sound affects us. I later expanded on this through my studies in literature. - Healing & Shamanic Practices: To navigate some personal challenges, I dove into various healing techniques, specifically focusing on plant medicine. I spent months in solitude at the Honoria (Honuaco) reserve in Peru, immersing myself in shamanic traditions and connecting with nature. - Breathwork: I also trained as a breathwork facilitator, focusing on nervous system regulation to help manage daily stress and well-being. Professional Experience - Sunday Natural: I’m currently a Product Manager here, where I focus on prevention, consumer awareness, and sustainability. I love bringing my passion for plant medicine into a modern, ethical business context. - Groundtactics: I joined Groundtactics earlier this year. Their values really resonate with me and have become a big inspiration for both my personal life and my work. Facilitation & Offerings - Sound & Voice: I lead sound ceremonies for individuals and groups, mainly creating spaces for women to explore emotional release and inner connection. - Ayahuasca Ceremonies: I also work with the Huni Kuin lineage from Brazil, helping hold sacred space through voice and sound alongside other practitioners.
