The method goes
furthest in the room
Every way the method happens live: the free weekly Sunday Reset online, private journeys, multi-day resets and retreats worldwide, collaborations, and the path to becoming a Navigator. The online trainings are the way in; these are where it lands.
The Weekly Nervous System Reset
A live, guided CO₂ session together with the community, every Sunday at 6pm CEST / 12pm EST. No experience needed, the simplest way to feel the method before committing to anything. It stays free.

Become a Navigator
Train to guide others through the method. Navigators carry the practice into their own rooms, festivals and communities, the way the work reaches further than any one teacher. It starts by application.
