Deleting your account
You can delete your Alchemy Rewire account at any time, from the app or from this website. Here is precisely what that does.
Last updated August 2026
How to do it
- In the iPhone app — Settings › Delete account. You’ll be shown what you’re about to lose and asked to type your email address to confirm.
- On this website — sign in, then open your profile settings.
- Neither working? Email privacy@alchemyrewire.com from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
Cancel an Apple subscription first
If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple bills you — and we cannot cancel that for you. Deleting your account would not stop the charges; it would simply leave you paying for something that no longer exists. So cancel it first, at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or under Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deletion will refuse until that’s done, on purpose.
What is deleted
Immediately and permanently. There is no recovery period and no archived copy.
- Your profile, name and email address, and your sign-in credentials.
- Every course and practice you have access to — including anything you paid for outright. Level One, Level Two and the Bundle are lifetime purchases, and deleting your account ends them. We cannot restore them afterwards, and buying again is the only way back.
- Your practice history, streak, Breath Points and lesson progress.
- Any check-ins, mood entries and other health data you recorded.
- Your community posts and likes.
- Your Navigator directory listing, if you have one.
What is kept, and why
- Anonymised payment records. Accounting law requires us to keep a record of transactions. What remains is the amount, currency, date and what was bought — with no link to you. Your name and email are removed from it.
- Email you have already received cannot be recalled from your inbox, and our email provider retains delivery records on its own schedule. You are unsubscribed from everything at deletion.
The full picture, including your other rights under the GDPR, is in our privacy policy.
Just want to stop the emails?
You don’t have to delete anything. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn marketing off in your profile settings while keeping your courses. Deleting your account is irreversible; unsubscribing is not.
